MEET THE TEAM

Jessica Zhang

President

Jessica is a junior at Amador Valley High School and currently serves as the president of the Tri-Valley Asian Association (TVAA) Youth Leadership Team. She volunteers at the Chabot Space and Science Center, helping visitors and facilitating floor exhibits. Additionally, she has played volleyball for the past seven years, participating and winning awards at numerous tournaments. In her spare time, Jessica loves to read, listen to music, and bake. She hopes through her time at TVAA that she can help TVAA grow and reach more people. 

Oryan Liu

Vice President

Oryan Liu  is a Junior at Amador Valley High School (AVHS). Oryan is a member of the AVHS swim team. He is a 2024 USA Swimming Junior National qualifier and US Open Qualifier (200 Breaststroke), and received the 2024 USA Swimming Scholastic All-America award. In his spare time, Oryan enjoys travel and cooking. He has been to 15 countries and his favorite place is French Polynesian (Tahiti).

Yvonne Liu

Secretary

Yvonne Liu is a freshman at Amador Valley High School and the secretary of the Tri-Valley Asian Association. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, playing piano, and swimming.

Keven Ye

Treasurer 

Hello. My name is Keven Ye, and I’m 13 in 7th grade. I like to volunteer because it brings our community together and allows me to contribute to my society. I also do it because every time I try something, I learn new information or test something new that I didn't know existed. TVAA youth leadership has allowed me to do that, and on top of helping my community, it also teaches leadership skills, kindness and more. I think that by helping my community, I'm also helping myself.Im very thankful for this award and It is an honor to do so.
